The Referrals tab will only appear if you have referrals enabled and when the customer has referral cards to hand out. Fields and options in the Referrals tab include:

Active Cards |
The number of active cards the customer has to hand out to friends and family. |

Referrals that Came In |
The number of new customers who came in to use the referring customer’s cards. |

Cards that Paid Out |
The number referral cards that generated a reward credit. |
|
Total Earned |
The amount the referring customer earned in referral bonus money. |
