Show Elapsed Time as Hours and Minutes

Whether to show time as hours and minutes or just hours with decimals.  Values are true or false.  For example, True would indicate you wish to show hours and minutes, e.g., 3 hours and 30 minutes.  False indicates the time should be shown in decimal hours, e.g., 3.5 hours.
